Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology guided by the PRISMA framework, a total of 17 articles from reputable international and accredited national databases were identified and thematically analyzed. The review results indicate that HRM transformation is a multifaceted process encompassing the digitalization of core functions such as recruitment, training, and performance management, which are significantly influenced by the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics. Furthermore, a shift in competency requirements is identified, demanding a balance between digital literacy and humanistic skills like critical thinking and emotional intelligence. The review also uncovers crucial strategic and ethical challenges, particularly concerning algorithmic bias in decision-making, employee data privacy, and digital well-being issues. These findings imply that organizational success no longer solely depends on technology adoption but on HRM's ability to integrate technology ethically and strategically, positioning HRM as a guardian of human values in the digital work ecosystem. Theoretically, this research highlights the limitations of conventional technology acceptance models and calls for the development of a more holistic “HRM 5.0” framework.
Awan Anhara, Bela Bela, Cokorda Agung Wibowo Copyright (c) 2025 Awan Anhara, Bela, Cokorda Agung Wibowo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ijebef.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/290 Fri, 05 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0000 DAMPAK PROGRAM MENTORING TERHADAP KEPEMIMPINAN INTRAPRENEURSHIP KARYAWAN KAJIAN MANAJEMEN SDM https://ijebef.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/289
This study aims to analyze the impact of a mentoring program on the development of employee intrapreneurial leadership within the context of human resource management (HRM). Therefore, PT Bukit Asam needs to maintain a balance between asset expansion, debt management, and efficiency in asset utilization to sustain investor trust and strengthen firm value.

Adinda Tyas Syabila, Vega Anismadiyah Copyright (c) 2025 Adinda Tyas Syabila, Vega Anismadiyah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ijebef.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/278 Fri, 05 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0000 PENGARUH CASH RATIO DAN DEBT TO ASSET RATIO TERHADAP RETURN ON ASSET PADA PT AGUNG PODOMORO LAND Tbk PERIODE 2014-2023 https://ijebef.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/277
This study is motivated by the phenomenon of fluctuating profitability reflected in the Return On Assets (ROA) of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk during the 2014–2023 period, where the company’s financial performance showed instability and even recorded a negative ROA in 2021. This condition encouraged the researcher to investigate the factors influencing profitability, particularly through liquidity and solvency ratios represented by the Cash Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Cash Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Return On Assets, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014–2023. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, partial t-test, simultaneous F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) to measure the contribution of the independent variables to ROA. The results show that both Cash Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio have no significant effect on Return On Assets, either partially or simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 15% indicates that only a small portion of the variation in ROA can be explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 85% is influenced by other factors such as operational efficiency, cost structure, sales level, and macroeconomic conditions. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that high levels of liquidity and solvency do not necessarily reflect high profitability, implying that the company must pay attention to both internal and external factors to improve its financial performance

Daffa Fadilah, Nurwita Nurwita Copyright (c) 2025 Daffa Fadillah, Nurwita https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ijebef.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/277 Fri, 05 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Analisis Risiko Usahatani Cabai Merah di Jawa Tengah https://ijebef.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/276
Red chili peppers are a potential crop because they are a commodity that contributes to inflation. This commodity is often used as a condiment to flavor Indonesian dishes, which means that it is essential in everyday life. This study aims to determine the costs, income, and risk levels of red chili farming in Central Java. Accidental sampling was used in selecting a sample of 325 respondents. The methods of analysis used were farming and risk analysis. The analysis results show that the total cost is IDR 40,788,998.93/ha, revenue is IDR 146,555,540.44/ha, and income is IDR 105,766,541.51/ha, indicating that farming red chili in Central Java is profitable. This business has a low level of production risk (Cva), price risk (CVb), and income risk (CVc), with CV ≤ 0.5. This shows that farmers are protected from risk when running their farms.
Dewi Nawang Suprihatin, Didik Suryadi, Edi Paryanto, Febry Nurhidayati, Anditya Gilang Rizky P, Dimar Hantari, Hardian Ningsih, Cahyaningtyas Putri Suhita, Desy Setyaningrum, Zainal Arifin Copyright (c) 2025 Dewi Nawang Suprihatin, Didik Suryadi, Edi Paryanto, Febry Nurhidayati, Anditya Gilang Rizky P., Dimar Hantari, Hardian Ningsih, Cahyaningtyas Putri Suhita, Desy Setyaningrum, Zainal Arifin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ijebef.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/276 Fri, 05 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0000
